By visiting our Website or purchasing, enrolling in or using our products, services and events ("Programs"), you agree to this Privacy Policy, as it may be amended from time to time. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service.

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, including personally identifying information including, but not limited to, your name, postal address, e-mail address, phone number, educational background, and credit card information ("Personal Information"). Mobile Devices, Phone Calls & SMS

If you provide Mathchops with a telephone number, such as when you purchase, enroll in or use a Mathchops Program, you agree that Mathchops may contact you by telephone and/or text message utilizing automated technology at such telephone number(s). You understand that this consent is not required to purchase goods or services from Mathchops.

Who We Share Your Personal Data With

We may share your personal information in the instances described below. From time to time we may disclose any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, ("Personal Data"). We may disclose your Personal Data in response to legal process, to protect our rights, as otherwise required by law, or for the prevention or detection of a crime. We may share your Personal Data with trusted third parties who are delivering services to Mathchops, including those who help deliver our Programs, help us process transactions, such as charging your credit card when you make purchases, and otherwise help us operate our business. These third parties are not authorized by us to use your Personal Data except in connection with providing services to us. Mathchops may disclose anonymous data to third parties. We may also share your information with third parties that you have specifically designated as authorized to receive information from us.

If payment for your Program was made by a third party or if you are a student or prospective student of an institution that contracted with Mathchops to provide you with the Program, that third party or institution may request access to your data. For example, if Mathchops provides You access to a Program in your capacity as a student of a school that has contracted with Mathchops, then Mathchops may share your personal data with your school, even if you paid for the Program in whole or in part yourself.

If we sell our company or part of it, or our business enters into a joint venture with another business entity, we may disclose your Personal Data to our new business partners or owners who may then provide you with information about their products and services.

Security of Your Personal Information

We have implemented commercially reasonable precautions to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please be aware that despite these measures, no data security measures can guarantee security.

Profile and Data Sharing Settings You may update your profile information, such as your user name, and may change some of your data sharing preferences on your account settings page or by emailing us at team@mathchops.com.

How to control your communications preferences: You can stop receiving promotional email communications from us by clicking on the "unsubscribe link" provided in such communications. We make every effort to promptly process all unsubscribe requests. You may not opt out of service-related communications (e.g., account verification, transactional communications, changes/updates to features of the Programs, technical and security notices).

Modifying or deleting your information: If you have any questions about reviewing, modifying, or deleting your information, you can contact us directly at team@mathchops.com. We may not be able to modify or delete your information in all circumstances.

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites. Any access to and use of such linked websites is not governed by this Privacy Policy, but instead is governed by the privacy policies of those third party websites. We are not responsible for the information practices of such third party websites.

Data transfers and International Users

Mathchops is based in the United States. Personal Information that we collect may be transferred to, and stored at, any of our affiliates, partners or service providers which may be inside or outside the European Economic Area ("EEA") and Switzerland, including the United States. We will update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we post changes to this Privacy Policy, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
